Our 2018 Tempranillo is a full-bodied red with aromatic notes of fig, leather, and tobacco. Amidst its deep, rich texture of soft tannins, it has a fresh mouthfeel with a touch of acidity on the palate.
Over time it continues to express new characteristics including dark chocolate and aged oak, both in its aromatics and flavor. Our Tempranillo goes beautifully with roasted lamb or suckling pig, braised beef, aged/ripened cheese, or try it with a traditional Spanish paella.
